The two multiplexing kernels that I know are "scripts of scripts": http://vatlab.github.io/SOS/#runningsos and Min's "all the kernels": https://github.com/minrk/allthekernels
BeakerX (still in alpha) intends to have true polyglot kernel as well ( https://github.com/twosigma/beakerx), but isn't there yet. Its predecessor, Beaker Notebook (http://beakernotebook.com/) supports this well.
