When you launch Jupyter, you give it an ip address to *bind* to, which can
correspond to one or more hostnames you can *connect* to. This can be
`127.0.0.1` (default, localhost) or `0.0.0.0` (all interfaces). If you have
bound on all interfaces, then you can connect to any hostname or ip that
refers to that machine. If you bind to a *specific* ip, then you can
connect to any hostname that resolves to that ip.
