How can I upload folders (no single files) from my pc to Jupyter

Is it possible with FileZilla or any other way ?

As you are on your local computer you can copy the folders to the folder
where you started jupyter (where you typed 'jupyter notebook'). This way
the copied folders could be seen in the jupyter UI.
OTOH, you can access the files you need in your filesystem from the
backend (depending the kernel, python, R, Scala,...) so it is not
necessary to have the files/folders in the root folder where you started
the notebook.
Thanks in advance
