Hi there, I am building a kernel for clojure and I would like to know what is the best way to distribute a kernel. Personally, I would like a user to be able to pip install jupyter-clojure and then that magically the user would have a clojure kernel in his jupyter settings. But here, I see many issues as python setuptools is not made to play in the user's home directory (not to raise the permission and security issues).
