Actually you can just use nbgrader in very minimal settings: nbgrader quickstart course_id *nbgrader assign course_id*
Then share and retrieve your notebooks with students outside of nbgrader. This is not explained very well in documentation and it takes some time to figure out the minimal nbgrader configuration. Alternatively gryd.us (and cocalc soon) can manage this for you in the cloud, we have a discussion here: *https://groups.google.com/forum/#!topic/jupyter-education/o0DU9mL-huo* On Monday, October 30, 2017 at 1:36:26 PM UTC-5, [email protected] wrote: > Hi all, > > I was wondering if there is a simple plugin for converting a notebook in a > "simpler" notebook where some of the cells are automatically removed and > replaced by an empty cell. > > The use case is following: currently I have to maintain two notebooks (one > including only the questions and one containing the questions + solutions), > and I have to be careful that the two are in line.
