I can't say that I have followed this guide <https://medium.com/@ybarraud/setting-up-jupyterhub-with-sudospawner-and-anaconda-844628c0dbee>, but it does appear to fit the bill (rpm-based, anaconda) linked from the wiki <https://github.com/jupyterhub/jupyterhub/wiki/Community-Deployment-Notes>.
