[jupyter] Issue with Jupyter loading file

Dear Team,

Im facing issue with Jupyter via Anaconda.

Below is the error captured through Anaconda Log :

I have tried various browsers , reinstalling browsers & Anaconda,clearing 
cache,creating new files, removing extensions but nothing is working. 
Please help. Im using  latest Community edition.
I have also unabled windows defender and antivirus. This issue is happening

While loading Error reflecting : Failed file to load : 
C://http:/localhost:8889/static/components/Mathjax/extensions/safe.js
