Later yesterday, I found the Jupyter is running fine.  The error could be
because of Apache Drill configurations.  Actually it is trying to connect
with Drill and getting failed.
So I am thinking this might be a not a right place to ask the question.
Probably I should ask the question on Apache Drill community ?
