Hi Cezar, You can follow the discussion in this Issue 430 <https://github.com/jupyter/jupyter/issues/430> that was raised to do the translation into Spanish. And maybe ask there how to set up a new launguage in Transifex. Which is set up to translate the documentation to multiple languages.
