Hi Sumanth, when you say “all users”, do you mean that you are using JupyterHub and using that to manage many different users and user Notebook servers? Or, are you trying to have multiple users use a single Notebook server?

And tried to modify the global settings of GitHub baseURL from "github.com<http://github.com>" to "enterprise.github.com<http://enterprise.github.com>" .After settings update, I am able to redirect the URL to the enterprise github from the UI but the settings is applicable only to me but not for my entire organization.
