Actually in Indiana we have a Russiaville, but it is pronounced roo-shuh-ville. I had asked someone from around there if the pronunciation had changed during the Cold War, but no one seemed to know or would admit it.

My favorite name for a town in Indiana has to be Lookout.  It's a very small
town--you blink and you miss it.  I think that's why they named it so.  Not
sure what a scenic view is.  *smile*
