Just think of the mess somebody could make if they have
stolen identifying information about the person they are
pretending to be. Fortunately, this scammer was making it up as
she went and it all fell apart.
I am glad my father is still alert and not gullible.
Speaking of gullible, we had a fellow who worked here
several years ago who told one of the managers around here that
"gullible" was not in the dictionary. That person was somewhat
annoyed after getting out a dictionary and looking to find that
it was, in fact there. He should have consulted a calendar as it
would have reminded him that it was April 1 when this happened.
