Could anyone point to a (draft of a) document listing the changes between
Java 1.6 and 1.7 regarding the class file format. Something along the line
of the JSR 202 pdf would be perfect, but a draft or some notes would be
great. The changes are maybe scattered in several JSRs but I could not
find them in the<http://jcp.org/en/jsr/all> list.
Please do not answer that I have to reverse-engineer some C++ or Java code...

As far as I know, three JSRs propose to change the class file format:
JSR 294:

JSR 308:

JSR292:
no current draft, not finished !
