Give me a few days (maybe sooner) to get a good document going, and a example test case. > > >I still need to commit some additional stuff > >---jacobie-alpha1.jar > >---how-to documentation > >---example test case showing usage of jacobie with jwebunit. > > > > > Ok, just go ahead. Is this in jacobie.sf.net or in jwebunit JACOBIE > branch? Just wanting to know. Both... The jacobie api code has mostly been pushed to the jacobie.sf.net cvs. A few more updates yet on the API. I still need to build it, publish the website, etc using maven of course. ;-> I merged your patch and moved the tester classes to a single structure. Now time to learn maven... The jwebunit JACOBIE branch has the necessary code to implement a new testing engine via the IJWebUnitDialog interface. The JacobieDialog is in this branch as well. > I think we can do the following: > - create an alpha release of the Jacobie integration from > your branch, > and put it on sourceforge > - go ahead with 1.3 jwebunit, and if jacobie is working (good enough) > integrate it in either 1.3 or 1.4 > There's no need to postpone Jacobie integration until 2.0 or > some later > version. When it's done, it's done. Integrate often and early is > something I like very much. Sounds like a plan. I'll sound off when I get enough released fro - for the maven build...of the JACOBIE branch...
