I think we are ready to build 1.3 for release, but we need it built. For some reason, maven is still looking for jacobie-1.3.jar but it is in the lib dir and ready.
Is there a general download area that its trying to pull it from. I can't remember the name of that site. Any thoughts??? Does anyone want to assist in the build.
