Summary: jWebUnit 1.3 ?

Initial Comment:
There have been many important changes to jWebUnit
source code since the jWebUnit 1.2 June 12, 2004
release. When will the next release be coming out?

All tests pass, and the build system works now, so we could
do a release. But my opinion is that we need a release of
HttpUnit first. We can not use the 1.6 release, because it
does not work well with XHTML and getDom() (see bug
1232085). We might change dependencies (i.e. use jtidy
instead of nekohtml), or we need to replace HttpUnit with a
package that has regular releases. HtmlUnit looks good, but
currently our IJWebUnitDialog interface is coupled to HttpUnit.
