The assertButtonPresentWithText searches only <button> HTML elements. It should also search input fields with type=button. The assertSubmitButton should also be updated to search HtmlButtonInput types. It currently searches HtmlSubmitButton, HtmlImageSubmit, HtmlButton, but NOT HtmlButtonInput.
