I guess for the checkbox with different values, you could use: checkCheckbox("name", "value"); see: http://jwebunit.sourceforge.net/apidocs/net/sourceforge/jwebunit/WebTester.html#checkCheckbox(java.lang.String,%20java.lang.String)
For checking all checkboxes, there isn't functionality in jWebUnit to my knowledge.
But perhaps I read your question the wrong way.
