OK, I think I see the problem.
You are calling baseUrl through a press. I don't think we've set it up that way. Oddly it's working, but it's not stripping the argument. In fit-world, I don't think press actions take arguments. So we set up a specific call for baseUrl on webFixture which you should use. Example shown below. Also, in the CVS tree under fitplugin/test, you will find a bunch of examples. These are designed to run with an embedded fitrunner - not fitnesse, but for the purposes of looking at examples of how to interact with WebFixture it should do. It doesn't use the "start" command, but ignore that - start as per your example is the right way to go.
