Hi,
I am having problems with JWebUnit interpreting
Japanese characters -- they are interpreted as question marks. I tried
assertTitleEquals for a title with Japanese characters. I replaced the title of
the web page with an English title, and had no problems.
I suspect that the problem is related to bug
#1038123, described at http://sourceforge.net/mailarchive/message.php?msg_id=9705268.
As mentioned in the bug, I am having the system default US English, I am using a
String with Japanese characters, and UTF-8 encoding.
I would really appreciate any advice. I wonder if
any release is scheduled, which would fix this problem. I would rather not
go and modify the JWebUnit code myself.
