Hi Jevon,
It is not proposed by the API but it may be possible in the underlying
implemntation.
On selenium API : runScript or eval
On HtmlUnit API : not sure but WebClient.getJavaScriptEngine() should give you
a pointer on the JavaScript context then run arbitrary JS code. Perhaps could
you ask the HtmlUnit guys?

I was curious, is there any way to call a Javascript function from JWebUnit and
get the results? e.g. something like:
String result = (String) callJavascript("myFunction", arg0);
assertEquals("expected result", result);
