Hi Glyn, We recently switched the project licence from GPL to LGPL, which can be linked to, and extended by, by EPL software (I'm using JWebUnit in my EPL project too). I think the next release will have the appropriate license file, etc. As far as I know, as long as you don't modify the JWebUnit code directly (i.e. the content in the JARs), no license change is necessary.
