Hi Jana,
Referencing two cells from for-Each tag probably will not work as expected.
In this case I recommend to avoid usage of IF tags for highlighting rows.
You probably will be doing better with post-processing the rows using
direct POI API or using macros.
Also you cannot place departments next to each other.
These are limitations of the current jxls version.
These both features will be supported in the new product version which is
not publicly available yet.
