Hi Connor,

we nixed this in the past because it requires caching the user password - however we recently added an option to cache that password during a particular JX session because people were getting sick of re- entering it :-). So I guess attempting a reconnect would be possible...

Currently if the connection is severed to the LDAP server, it doesn't recover and requires a new connection to be established. Could it try auto-reconnecting the last active connection instead? I get booted off (or switch) VPNs many times a day and have to to re-establish the connection. I'd have the software reconnect upon the user requesting a node or other command, and not have it poll for an active connection (obviously).
