Summary: Icon of newly inserted alias appears incorrect until refresh

Initial Comment:
In jxplorer the first time an alias is inserted (ie via
"Paste alias") the icon in the left panel doesn't
reflect that the entry is an alias.

A refresh corrects this.

When it is greyed out, try doing the copy again.

Step by step:
1. Run jxplorer
2. Connect to democorp
3. Drill down to craig link
4. Right click and "Copy Branch"
5. Goto the "Finance" branch
6. Right hand click and select "Paste Alias"
7. Delete the alias
8. Copy the craig link again
9. Goto the "Finance" branch
10. Right hand click and select "Paste Alias"
11. Observe that Craig LINK _doesn't_ have a green
arrow (alias)

TE: I have installed build 659 and followed the above
steps. I can't reproduce this bug. It may have been
changed/fixed since build 101. Rejecting again.

WH - I just installed 659 on my test PC (Windows XP
SP2) and followed above step and I was able to
reproduce it straight away.
