Hi, I think the problem is your java environment; JX runs fine on java 1.4, java 1.5 and (apparently!) java 1.6.
You might like to try looking at the mailing list archive (http://sourceforge.net/mail/?group_id=55394) for people who have had similar problems; otherwise make sure that >java -version produces something sensible on the console, start JX from the batch file and send us the error message (if any) and details of your OS! cheers, Chris > Hello Chris, > > I am just learning to use LDAP/JNDI.
