Hi Christoph, sorry to hear you have been having troubles posting to the list! Many apologies, and I'm afraid I don't know why this has occurred - it's supposed to send non-subscriber emails to me for validation.
I'm afraid the mac look and feel is an oversight on my part; it's a bit dodgy.
