I currently have LDAPBrowser, and I can connect to at least one LDAP server with it. I tried installing JXPlorer and connecting to the same LDAP server. I copied the host, port (389), protocol (v3), and base dn. I set the security level to "User + Password" and entered the same principal/credentials as in LDAPBrowser (I tried entering the password a few times).
