Hi Nigel,

in 3.3 we attempt to retrieve *all* operational attributes by
requesting the '+' attribute, which should return all operational
attributes (thanks to a patch from EJP - ta! :-) ).

From memory, in earlier versions of JX we asked for an explicit list of
some of the common operational attributes - but this wasn't satisfactory
since the actual operational attributes are server dependent.

So, I see createtimestamp and modifytimestamp fine when I try it against
openldap and Novell eDirectory (the two directories I have easy access
to...) - can I ask what directory you're using?

   cheers,

    - Chris
