I think this is more of an LDAP support question than a jXplorer support 
question.  It appears that you are trying to merge two separate and 
disparate domains(LDAP trees ) into one.  One can modify an ldif file 
and change the tree location of one of the domains to fit stuff in but 
the two databases are in separate trees.   You might be able to run two 
instances of the LDAP daemon on your server but that might not be what 
you desire.

I would head over to the #ldap IRC channel at freenode and get help from 
the masters.

I apologize if I am misunderstood your request.  I hope you get things 
worked out.
