Thanks Jonas and jon * for comments.  Seems like consensus on a Turbine
service.  Ok, I'll look at the other services and dig into the turbine
list archive.  Hopefully have some time this week.

So if quick/dirty is not the way to go, maybe there's a library
somewhere all ready to wrap a service around.  Something akin to
gnu.regexp, but I guess GPL is verboten.  Pointers towards any relevant
apps, code, patterns, texts?  Hate to reinvent the wheel poorly.

Any interest in Slashdot style moderation as well, ie: -1 (noise) to +5
scale?  Perhaps incent the faq poster by running a tally (total karma)
of moderation scores assigned to their answers.  Cvs write access
awarded to the most faq karma? ;)
