There is a set of screens within Turbine for this.
screen/admin.User
They are not complete though. If you would like to help complete them,
please subscribe to the Turbine mailing list and post your interest there.
Once you have some code, send cvs diffs of it to me and I will review it and
then give you cvs commit access if it is worthwhile for inclusion into the
project.
