I think it is a good idea to allow for customization. You don't need to add
it to the TR.p file, but you should document it in Jyve's installation
document.

No need to add that stuff, it just clutters things up...It is all recorded
in cvs log's. Just add your name and email to the top of the file in the
@author line.
Greg, since you are willing to work on improving Jyve, would you just like
CVS access? I don't have a whole lot of time to work on it at this point and
I also think it should be re-done using Turbine+WebMacro (see:
<http://java.apache.org/turbine/webmacrosite.html> so that the look and feel
is separated out and easily customized (ie: not using ECS anymore). We have
learned quite a bit since Jyve was done and the integration with WM is
definitely the right way to do things now.
I will eventually be doing the WM + Turbine route for Jyve, but Scarab
<http://scarab.tigris.org/> is my current project that I need to focus on. I
wish there was more time in the day...
