Jon is also going to use Torque for Scarab so we can all work
together to fix the deficiencies in Torque.

Good points. As of now there is a shell of a task, but it's not
complete. And Torque won't work from a JAR. I think Jon has
some suggestions too: all these things aren't hard to fix and
I can do them early next week. I'm also adding insert
capability to Torque so any initialization data can be
specified in the XML schema.
