The following applies for UNIX, but the principles are the same in NT:
Go the directory jyve ("root" of your jyveinstalation)
cvs login
cvs diff -c 

mail the output to the mailing list so that people can comment before
checking it into CVS. If the output is long, you can also provide it
somewhere in the web and send the URL to the mailinglist.
