You probably need
http://java.apache.org/turbine/tdk/old/tdk-1.1a1-jdk1.1.tar.gz
or
http://java.apache.org/turbine/tdk/old/tdk-1.1a1-jdk1.2.tar.gz

or maybe version 1.2 instead...

Please try Jyve - the more users there are the more likely the developers are
going to keep developing it.

Although I have suggested a few "competitors" to Jyve - I have used it in 
several situations
and have been pleased with it each time.
