I guess I could do like telnet like below, but that need ip address, didn't 
resolve on hostname, also, going through stuff I've tried in the past, Nic 
Raboy's NetTool or UnixAdmin from A Kidinov will do.

I think I need some app to categorize what apps I have, and, what each app can 
do....

I think next time I should buy more prepaid cell data, and just skip trying to 
use Wi-Fi.....

Like, with VOIP, it was more reliable and better performance on cell data than 
Wi-Fi
