I have the "Mark as read when opened" check box on in the account settings. However, when I read a message in K9 it does not mark it as read on the IMAP server. Not only that the messages are unread when accessed with other email clients, but even in K9 itself, while reading a message does mark it as read, the next time it synchronizes with the IMAP server the messages get unmarked as read. Any idea why?
