Hi, I've downloaded the latest K-9 email app and in trying to connect up to Yahoo, I'm getting nowhere fast.
My Yahoo account is setup for Pop access. I'm using *pop.mail.yahoo.com* for the server, SSL/TLS (always), port 995, authentication: PLAIN. I've tried both my Yahoo Id as the username as well as my full email address ([email protected]). Nothing. I've double checked my password entry and that is correct. On a slightly different note, can you delete an account? For that matter, can you switch from POP to IMAP? The only way I've been able to do this is by uninstalling and re-installing. Thanks.
