You don't have to delete your account either. This would be an awful
application if you had to do that to change a password.
Go to the "Account Settings" menu and go to "Fetching mail" then
"Incoming Server Settings" and change the password there.
Dp the same for "Sending mail" and "Outgoing server settings" if you
need a password to send mail.

The easiest way might be to just delete the account and then
create a new one. K-9 will prompt you for a password and
then you can just enter the new correct one.
