This sort of filtering is done much better on the server side if possible. Then it becomes consistent across multiple e-mail delivery systems.

I to would love rules but also to be able to set up rules to delete mail

mean delete off the client and the mail server.

    Hi,

I love the K-9 Mail App and use it often a day. Thank you to all the
developers that perform it and give it for free.

To use it much more efficient I would like to have a rule system like
Outlook, so that I can automaticly put newsletters etc. in different
folders, so that in my inbox (only) are only messages witch are
    importent.

Such a feature would be great!!!

    Thank you

    Markus
