The only place in the app that I can see a designation for target location is for saving attachements, which I have discovered does not work when set to external SD. Where are you seeing the target location for exporting settings?
The only other place in the app that I can see a target location (sort of) is under Account Settings/Storage, I have all my accounts set to External, but there is not choice to designate a folder. Don't know what this setting tells the app to do, though.
