My original question was to ask if I can move email from the local trash
back to my Inbox (when using POP3). Seth said (basically) just move it like
you would in any desktop client. Which can't be done, I commented.

In my opinion, once you are dealing with POP3 mail it is a fallacy to think
you can keep the folders in sync with the server. If you want to do that
you should use IMAP.

At any rate, no one has really answered my question - when using POP3 can I
move a message from the trash back to the Inbox. I don't want to make any
change to the actual server mailbox, I want to change the local folders.
Pretty much any email client on any platform can do this; except perhaps
K-9.
