I find that K-9 is slow to display some HTML emails I receive. It is configured to download up to 5Mb of messages, so these messages are fully downloaded. And it's set to not display pictures unless I press on "Show Pictures".
This seemed to kick in with 5.000; I didn't notice this problem with the previously released version. It takes 6-10 seconds for some emails to appear. Others seem to appear normally. None of these emails are more than 130-200Kb in size. I am looking at a blank screen until the email finally appears. In case it might be a factor, I'm noticing this on a device that has an external microSD card, but I didn't deliberately set it to store on the card.
