I have the same issue on my HTC One M8. Deleting emails from the K9 app on my phone does NOT delete them from the server. I have "delete from server" selected as my delete option in settings as well as "delete immediately", yet they remain when I log into email on my PC.
I am using the latest version 5.001. Thanks in advance for any advice.
