Yeah, I think Chip hit the nail on the head. There's no real concept of
"Folders" in POP3 so marking it as spam wouldn't do anything different
than deleting it.

I have the option to mark as SPAM through the REFILE menu item only
on my iMap accounts. On my POP account, there is no REFILE menu item.

stacked dots on bottom right) are:

Show headers
Settings
On the one POP account:
Mark Unread

Settings
Maybe refiling can't be done with POP? Would seem to make sense
since marking as SPAM is really moving the message to a SPAM folder.
