If you use the setup wizard, it can set up most (but not all) mail servers 
automatically, with the user supplying only their name, user ID, and password. 
This is the set of screens that initially come up when you tell K-9 to add a 
new account. Manual setup is necessary only when you have an unusual 
arrangement, such as the server naming scheme being nonstandard.
