Hi! Recently I have restored my Samsung Galaxy Note back to factory settings and re-install K9 Mail (currently 5.001). It's installed Ok, I've successfully configured my GMail message box (IMAP, SSL/TLS, port 993). I can read my messages, when I pull down the message list, K9 Mail checks, and receives new messages etc. But unfortunately it stopped to check for new mail in background, so I have to re-check mails manually. On other Android devices in my family and on this device before the settings restoration K9 works/worked perfectly.
I've checked the application manager, it says that K9-Mail process is in "cached processes". I wonder if there's a way to check if new mail checker actually runs from time to time.
