The basic UI element is the "Action Bar" and basically menu items that don't fit get put in the menu that you pull up with the triple-vertical-dot. That's just the Android way. But, I have to concur that "send" in the menu and the double arrow graphic is confusing. It may be that pulling "share" out of that to its own top-level menu item would be good.
