Tanks to google killing the email app in favour of the gmail app and gmail app's lack of unified inbox, I switch to K-9 Mail today!
However the instructions at https://github.com/k9mail/k-9/wiki/WorkingWithClasses mention an account setting called "Folder sync mode". I can not find this setting anywhere. I found "Folder display mode" under the Account Settings>Folders menu item. I also found "Poll folders" under Account Settings>Fetching mail. I have five accounts: Hotmail 1 (Assuming IMAP) Hotmail 2 (Assuming IMAP) Godaddy IMAP 1 Godaddy IMAP 1 Gmail (Assuming IMAP) All of the above holds true for all five of these accounts.
